• What is it about?
• It’s Not what will happen in your story
• Is there a theme?
• Character GOALS (What is character trying to
achieve?)

4. SHOW don’t TELL I don’t wanna know

5. • Show us what the character would do rather
than tell it
• What is the character’s emotion? Give hints
rather than saying
• Decide on emotions
• Thinking LEADS to Conclusion
• Emotion LEADS to Action
