that you have washed for
an adequate amount of

3. If you do not have access to a
sink, use an alcohol-based hand
sanitizer and be sure to rub it in
until your hands are dry!
Avoid touching your
eyes, nose, or mouth.
Germs spread this

4. Every person 6 months of age or older
is recommended to get the
Flu vaccination.
6. Cover your nose and
mouth with a tissue
when coughing or
sneezing to prevent
germs from spreading.
Throw the tissue away
immediately after you
use it.
If a tissue is not
available, sneeze or
cough into the inner
part of your elbow.
7. If you are sick with
a flu-like illness, stay
home for at least
24 hours after your
fever is gone
without the use of
fever-reducing
medication!
