8. JSP May 30th 2009 ARGUMENTS FOR AND AGAINST THE INTERNET The Internet has changed our lives. On the one hand we use it at school, at home, to send e-mails, to chat, etc. It’s almost unbelieveble that twenty years ago people didn’t know that the Internet existed. However not everything is positive. The Internet can be dangerous if a child surfs the net without parental control. To sum up, the Internet is necessary but we have to be careful when children use it.
