Compare and contrast between a series and parallel circuit.




Instructions:
1st : Use the Venn diagram to list the ‘similarities’ and ‘differences’ between the two circuits.

2nd: Discuss and compare your points with those of your peers at your table. (7 minutes)

3rd: Now check your points with those on the board. Do you need to add/correct any of your points?

4th : Your answer needs to be in two paragraphs.
            In one paragraph you explain the similarities.
            In the next you explain the differences.

5th: Use the linking words from the chart provided to help you write your paragraphs.

6th: Some students are then asked to read out their answers.
