In decorating tables you may choose
a joyful table linen, it will depend on the
chosen theme. But if you want to follow the
traditional way you can use red and green for your linens. Consider the
age range of people who will be dining at your table. Possible tables can
include a gift exchange table, a refreshment table, and a food buffet table.
Put LED candles every table so that visitors will feel the spirit of Christmas;
using LED candles are much safer than the real ones. You can also use
fruits for your centerpiece and put together a bowl of apples and oranges
along a piece of greenery. Do not use strong scent at the centerpiece
because every food has its own smell.

In choosing a right music, make sure not
to turn the music up too loud.
You wouldn't want to irritate the attendees,
but Christmas music makes the party fun! It will depend on your guests, in
some other cases; you can turn music up too loud when social gathering is
getting ready for the closing stage.

PHOTOGRAPHER
Nowadays, everyone is taking images
while party is ongoing. It’s a good thing
when setting up a party must have own photographer thus everyone has a
pictures that can be remembered and treasured the memories. Digital files
may be important to you, but find out a full-service photographer who will
edit the party images and print reference proofs.
