3. What time do you get up every morning a
who/what wakes you up?

 My week starts on Monday morning. I usually
get up at a quarter to seven, my alarm-clock wakes me
up. It is a big problem for me because I like to sleep
late.
 Every morning my mother wakes me up at half
past five and I get up at ten to six. I don't mind
getting up early.

 After getting up I do my hygiene routine - wash
my face and hands and clean my teeth. Then I decide
what to wear.

Examples of answers:
 I don't have breakfast, because I am very
busy/because I am not hungry in the morning. I only
have a cup of tea with honey and lemon.
 I always have a roll with butter and ham and
cocoa for breakfast, my mum prepares it for me.

6. Do you live near Holice and go to school every
day? Or do you stay at the dormitory during the
school week?
Examples of answers:
I live in Moravany and I ride to school by my motorbike
every day. The journey takes me twenty minutes.
I live in Pardubice and I commute to school by bus every
day. The bus leaves at five to seven and it takes me half an
hour to get to school.
I stay at dormitory during the week. The dormitory is next
to our school, so I am at school in a minute.

7. What time do you get to school? When does your
school start? How many lessons a day do you
usually have? Which is your longest day?
Examples of answers:
I get to school at a quarter to eight and my first
lesson starts at ten to eight.
Every day we have got six or seven lessons, our
longest day is Thursday, and our shortest day is
Friday.

 The lessons are forty-five minutes long, there is
a break for snack between the second and the
third lesson. I have got an apple or an orange
for snack. At twenty-five past eleven we have

 Every lesson is forty-five minutes long, after the
second lesson there is twenty-minute break for
snack. I have a snack in school canteen. After my
morning lessons I go to school canteen for lunch

around the town.

When I come home I change my dress and have a
snack. Then I prepare things for my training. At four
o‘clock I go to my football training.
I get home at about a quarter past four. I have a
snack and then I check my e-mails and go out with
my girlfriend.

After training I go home, do my homework and
prepare things for the next school day. Then I have
dinner at about six o'clock.
I usually have dinner at a quarter past seven. After
dinner I study and prepare everything for school.

Examples of answers:
In the evening I chat with my friends, listen
to music or I read some magazine. Sometimes I
watch an interesting film. I go to sleep at around
ten o’clock.
In the evening I play computer games or I
watch TV. I usually go to bed around midnight.

you help your parents at home?
Examples of answers:
 I have got some household chores - every day I
walk our dog and wash the dishes, at weekend I help
my father in the garden.
 I help my mother every day; I go
shopping, water the plants and clean
the kitchen. At weekend I hoover the carpets
and tidy my room.

 I have a weekend job on Saturday, I work in a
service station. In the evening I usually go out with
my friends, we hang out or we go to the cinema.
On Sunday I only relax – I listen to music or chat
with my friends on the net.
