My audience would be aged between 18 –
25. They would be likely to be Caucasian
and mainly male but there may be some
females. They would be very interested in
music, particularly live music such as gigs
and festivals. I think they would be interested
in a magazine that was centred around
their genre of music only. They would be
quite laid back but have a certain edge
about them.

4. Deciding on a price for my
audience...
I decided to price my magazine at £2.99 as it is
relatively niche genre I felt that, it would need to be
of that sort of price to be able to continue
publishing the magazine. I do however understand
that most people around that age may either not
have a job, have quite a low paying job or even be
a student so it could seem pricey for them, however
as they would be dedicated to the genre I thought
they wouldn’t mind paying that price to stay up to
date with what they love.
