1- Pericardial Effusion
2- Cardiomyopathy
3-Multivalvular Dysfunction

LV Contrast Study to R/O LV clot & Leakage.

Scarred Anterior Wall & Pericardial Effusion.

Right Aspiration Pneumonia, Naso-gastric tube , MVR mechanical , Sternotomy Clips

CT showed Calcified Pericardium & Bilateral Pleural Effusion.

65 years old lady came with SOB,WHAT LAB TEST

Acute LVF seen on CXR .
BNP ( B- Natruretic- Peptide )

What next step should be done?
