Greetings!
The Batch ls nearing its mmpletfrxr of its frour-year c{rurse in,Philippine Science High School -
Main Campus. ln orderto commemorate the achievements sf the Bat€fi, the Councif, underthe
leadership of our adviser, Dr. Melanie Cheng, has initiated the production of tre yearbook.
The Ccuncil has rnacte plans to have the yearbook released by April 2012. To achieve this,
graduation pidures must be taken by Aqgust 2011. Furtrer, acttral printirg must be started by
Decemoer of this year. In oder to nreet these deadlines, rre need your zupport in making sure
that the Councilwoufd be able to make ends meet.
To cover the expenses attached to the gra&ration pk*re an€t tre y€rbo€*q a fee of PHP 3 000
will be collected (PHP 1 O0O for the graduation picture, PHP 2 Offi for the yearbook). Payments
may be given to any batcfi officer starting on June 6,2911. You may also @urse them to the
official account of the Council" Informatinn about the latter mode d payment shall be discussed
in a letler to follou.
