Prostate cancer information is often inaccessible to rural communities in Nigeria due to lack of internet access and medical facilities. Chikezie Emele of Robert Gordon University studied the accessibility and usability of prostate cancer information for rural Nigerian men. The study found that traditional means of spreading health information are still most effective for these communities, and more culturally appropriate resources need to be developed and distributed through local networks and leaders.
