Telstra is a organisation they offers a 
range of services to many members 
of Australia. However they have 
three distinct branch's which will 
each be discussed in separate slides.
Telstra Personal: 
Telstra personal is the area of 
Telstra which is best suited to 
households, it focuses manly on 
entertainment, broadband 
internet and simple mobile phone 
plans for individuals, it also 
includes landlines. It is set up 
around the premise of always 
being connected to your family 
and entertainment such as Foxtel 
and your home broadband.
Telstra small business: 
This branch is mostly focused on small 
businesses with less than 20 employees, 
they offer grouped phone plans so 
people in the business can call each 
other for free, they also have larger data 
quotas on these phones as internet is 
becoming so important for businesses. In 
order to join this branch of Telstra you 
must be a ABN holder. The main 
incentive to go onto these plans is they 
offer bundle packs best suited to your 
business whether it requires broadband 
and mobiles for all employees or a large 
landline plan it will be customised to 
best suit your situation. Unlike with 
personal it is much more about catering 
to the needs of the business.
Business and Enterprise 
This is the branch of Telstra which is 
focused on large business and 
enterprises, they also look after many of 
the government sectors such as health 
and education. This section makes long 
term contracts which are completely 
customized to the needs of the given 
companies. They generally have to be 
very large companies which will prepay 
there bill in advance as it is a set amount 
and cannot be exceeded. In some cases 
they will even set up new facilities just 
to cater for the needs of the companies. 
This can be seen on the mines when 
Telstra outs up antennas just to 
accommodate for the mines 
requirements.
Business and Enterprise 
This is the branch of Telstra which is

enterprises, they also look after many of 
the government sectors such as health 
and education. This section makes long 
term contracts which are completely 
customized to the needs of the given 
companies. They generally have to be 
very large companies which will prepay
