Initial film idea

1. For my film idea I would like to create a crime story where the main character is a boy who grows up in the society that
we live in today in a wealthy family. The boy is an only child and is loved vey much by his mother and father so much so
that they are blind to what society is doing to there son when he is not around. The boy’s father is a detective within the
police, and is one of the best at what he does or at least he thought he was. The boy comes out of school with the best
grades within his year leaving him with many opportunities, however his friends did not do so well and the boy decided
to stick with his friends. His friends really struggled to find jobs so they can make money which leads to them all
becoming thief's as well as the boy as he wanted to stick with his friends. The four boy’s were good at what they did and
became better as time went. Eventually the boy’s father found out it was his son who was getting away with all the
robberies and was forced to turn in his own son. The father was fired from his job as he was suspected to be involved as
with his reputation of being the best detective and not discovering his own son had been breaking the law the
department he worked in was convinced he was helping his son out. The father was devastated and had lost all respect
for his son. The boy was put in prison for a year along with his crew, it was there that the boy realised what he had done
and how his family must have felt. Knowing that he was responsible for his dad losing his job and him losing respect from
his dad. From there on he devised a plan on how he was going to get his fathers job back and then gaining his fathers
respect again. To do this the boy planned a heist where him and his crew would be robing a bank, but in doing so the
boy would be leaving clues that he knew that only his farther would be able to notice them. Therefore the four boys
began to plan while they was in prison. Two years down the line they was released and they put their plan into action
none of them had been into contact with their families. The heist took place and the boy left clues on of them being a
picture that the boy drew when he was a child of him and his father which he had slipped into one of the accountants
desks. Another clue that was left was the words sanctuary written on numerous pieces of paper in the bank that the
crew robbed . The word sanctuary to the father was a location that he took his son a lot when he was a child which was
the location where the father would find his son with some of the money that they took. The father was able to figure
out these clues as he was in the bank at the time the robbery occurred and found his son alone, the son would then be
taken into custody where he was found guilty at court but just before he was taken to prison the son hugged his dad
and slipped a piece of paper into his inside suit pocket with out his father realising. The father was then given back his
job for solving another case and the boy was then put back into the same prison he was in before. The one thing that no
one questioned was where his three friends where, which should have been the first question as the three boys used
some of the money to purchase a property next to the prison where they would create an exit for their friend in prison.
The boy then was able to escape with his crew with millions of pounds and they went off the grid. Which at this point
the camera would cut to the father at home finding the piece of paper and would show him opening the paper and he
would then smile to where the story would end.
