1. Chapter 1 Welcome to the first chapter of my first legacy! Don't get confused by the names, I'm from Germany and have the German version of the game installed, so my sims have different names. I'm pretty sure that you'll find many spelling and grammar errors, sorry about that. A plot will come up as soon as a plot comes up.
2. Hm... let us guess. Nothing to see but a strange Sim who seems to be searching for any signs of life... No, not an Apocalypse but a Legacy.
3. We have no Xtreme Start, our founder is not the kind of guy who likes extremes. He prefers security. We also go without any handicaps and it's not for points as I can't live without the ACR hack installed ;) Special rules? The whole hood will be played, one week per turn, as soon as there is a second household, Sims from the bin will move into the hood if they meet my playables or if I feel like it. Sims from Blauseidigheide/Bluewater will be played as soon as they are friends with one of my playables.
4. Inside the hut is everything a sim needs to survive. Let's see what time and ten generations will bring up.
5. And here he is- Gerd Gieke (you probably know him as Chester). He is a knowledge/family sim who wants to become a criminal mastermind. Of course he lost all his skillpoints, poor guy. I also think there has been a Gieke Legacy before, sorry about “stealing” this idea, but there are too many people I know describing him as creepy and I want him to have a good life. “ A good life? Out here? Well, at least you won't kill me off or make me gay to prevent reproducing my genetics.”
6. Luckily Gerd is playful enough to have some fun without special objects.
7. He needs a job, but no one seems to be looking for a criminal. So he takes a job in the business career.
8. This garden club member called Joe is really optimistic. There's not a single tree in the hood!
9. They don't need a garden to get along. “ Who needs a garden when you have water balloons?”
10. Some more visitors arrived, all of them inhabitants of Blauseidigheide (Bluewater) and so they are considered not legacy legal. Gerd has two bolts with both of the ladies, Helga Tüller (Tinker?) and Lisa (Tessa?) Ramirez.
11. And of course, the townies also make their apperance. Gerd meets Sandra Monschau (Sandy Bruty?) but he does not seem to like her.
12. The little hut is pretty crowded. Gilbert Jacquet and Sandra seem to connect. “ Hey, Gilbert would be better than any legacy founder, he's rich!” Forget it Sandra. I don't know if I'll ever play him!
13. Day 2: Gerd returns from work, tired and without any news.
14. As he cannot afford a larger bed and as he does not have a partner to share the bed with, he has to sleep alone.
15. This has to be the work of a strong dog! Being able to dig holes into the asphalt!
17. This time, Gerd meets someone who appearently has been waiting for him. “ You're hot!” “ You're part of a legacy.”
18. He likes Irmi and she likes him. But she's a mean one who has the same name as one of my aunts who is really nice, so Irmi is a no-go. “ Hey, you're hot!”
19. Sorry Irmi, but i don't think there's a place for you in this legacy. “ Founder? Just got first promotion? Naaaaaaaa, way too poor for me.”
20. I gave Gerd the chance to have a nice time downtown, to relax and to look around if there's a nice woman who seems to be waiting for our charming founder.
21. Gerd decided that he felt worn out after work and so he went to the hot tub.
22. Miss Knautschgesicht (Crumplebottom?) does not seem to agree that bathing clothes are suitable for people who are bathing. She orders poor Gerd to leave the hot tub just to tell him. Gerd doesn't take that too hard, seems he's trying to hide his amusement.
24. She seems to be send from heaven, they have three bolts! I'm sorry about the "Ä" in her name but there's a three bolt chemistry I don't want to ignore. Just write Baerbel or Barbel^^ “ Wow, Bärbel is hot!”
25. “ Bärbel, I might only be a poor, stupid legacy founder with red hair and glasses, but I feal you are special.” “ Actually, I have a thing for red hair and glasses. And legacys are so interesting, I'd love to be a part of one!”
26. “ Be part of my legacy, please.” Sorry, no more pics, evil witch came and caused evil lags...
27. When Gerd goes to work the next day, Bärbel has brought some flowers.
29. After work, he invites Bärbel and asks her to move in. “ I have a bed we both can sleep in.” “ It's a deal!”
30. Bärbel moves in immediatly, bringing 3000 Simoleons with her. She is a fortune/knowledge Sim who wants to reach the top of the medical career. Her character stats are 7/4/1/8/5, so she is neat, lazy and playful. “ I'm not lazy, I'm working on my next promotion right now!”
45. And a sofa! Now the living room feels like one.
46. “ So Bärbel, we are engaged. Do you think you'll might get pregnant this time?” “ Come and we'll give it a try.”
47. Gerd tries to get the attention of some aliens. An alien pregnacy would solve their problem. But there are no aliens out there... or they aren't interested in Gerd. “ Come here, little aliens, come here!” I nearly died laughing when I heard Gerd talking to the aliens.
48. Gerd and Bärbel have a very, very informal marriage. “ I'm sure you only waited for this.”
49. “ Hey, I'm an official part of this legacy now!”
50. "Do you want to give it another chance?" "Sure!"
52. Gerd is still looking for aliens, but all he gets is a hobby club membership card. Should this legacy be cursed?
53. "What are we doing wrong? I can't concentrate anymore..." Oh Gerd, I wish I could do something... well, I can, but I won't do it right now.
54. Gerd also got a new hairstyle. I can't help it. He is handsome in his own way.
55. “ I have a strong feeling I'll be able to get pregnant.” “ You're sure this time?”
56. But we got the magic sound this time! There will be a heir!
64. As Bärbel does not have to work during her pregnancy, she is skilling for her next promotion. “ Never, ever call me lazy again. I don't see the sense of running around, but I do whatever I need to do.”
74. ... and Gerd are wonderful parents. I don't need to give commands to care for Raphael, they do it all on their free will! “ He's my son and he looks like me. Of course I do everything for him.”
75. But still, Gerd is trying to figure out if there's life somewhere out in space... “ I still believe that there is something or someone. And I'll meet them.” This were the first two weeks, 14 days or, as I'll refer to, years.
