1. RECIPE CREOLE TUNA
Ingredients
• 3 cans of Van Camp's Tuna in Oil.
• ½ cup chopped large onion.
• ½ cup White stubborn onion, peeled and chopped.
• 2 spoonfuls chopped red pepper.
• 1 cup ripe tomato peeled and chopped.
• Salt, pepper and hot pepper to taste.
Preparation
Stir fry the large onion, stubborn onion, red pepper and tomato in the oil.
• Salt and pepper.
• Add the tuna loin Van Camp's and put on the stove for 2 minutes.
• Serve over corn bread or fried plantains.
