Stuffed Bottle Gourd With Misto Vegetables
• Make cup of bottle gourd like shown in picture ,Blanch it in salted water.
• Heat olive oil sauté onion and garlic till both of them are lightly brown.
• Add cubes of mixed bell pepper cook for two minutes.
• Now add tomato cubes cook till water is completely absorbed ,add zucchini cubes sauté for few
minutes.
• Add chopped herbs in vegetables, fill the cups with misto vegetable.
• Bake in oven for five minutes (175°C).
• Serve with tomato sauce and garnish with parsley sprig and cherry tomato.

Bottle gourd Cup 300 gm
Chopped onion 50 gm
Chopped garlic 20 gm
Parsley ,Thyme 20 gm
Zucchini Small Cubes 100 gm
Olive oil 50 ml
Mixed Bell pepper cubes 80 gm
Tomato cubes 50 gm
Salt , Pepper To Taste
