Primary objective of study was to Create awareness among the
target groups like -employment seekers & people / organizations
offering employment..
Collect the data base of the potential employees in unorganized
sector.

A utility based solution for our employers segment to recruit
candidates and search jobs of any sector, any level, anywhere.
Awareness of Naukri Bazaar among the Industry employers are as
low.
Majority of respondents are also not as much good because the
service is in its initial phases & yet it has an opportunity to cover the
wide area of market.

I have gained sufficient service knowledge of the Naukri Bazaar &
its specifications and various aspects.
Jobs from unorganized sector are not available on any digital
platform.
Learn corporate culture.
I have also learned how to maintain good relation with the
employees and the co-trainees.

clients & job seekers as well.
