2. DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (approx 13.4g) of Secretagogue Plus Caffeine Free powder to one
8oz. glass of cool water. Mix and drink. Take 1 – 2 servings per day, one in the morning and one in the
evening, or as directed by a physician.
Secretagogue is best when taken on an empty stomach. Either 2 hours after eating and up to 2
hours before eating again. Many people take this product first thing in the morning – workout and
then eat later (Growth Hormone release occurs after strenuous exercise and at night
during sleep). It is suggested that you take one serving in the morning and then one serving in
