• Full address, phone numbers, social securities numbers of
both spouses
• Full names, birth certificates, social security numbers and
address of all children of the marriage and their schools
and grades
• The date and country of the marriage

• Information about any prior marriage of either spouse;
including a certified copy of the divorce decree.
• A copy of any domestic contracts.
