Project Archaeology is partnering with Carroll College to offer an archaeology and field opportunity for college credit June 28 - July 2, 2010. Participants will learn basic skills in archaeology which they can integrate into classrooms and other youth-oriented activities. Participants will recieve a copy of the Project Archaeology, Investigating Shelter curriculum and can take the course for credit through Carroll College.

firsthand how to help your students apply
archaeological concepts as they investigate Cost: $300 for 40 renewal units

approximately 3000 to 1500 years old. jointly run by Carroll College and Project Archaeology.
These activities promote citizenship, build personal ethics and
character, and achieve deeper cultural understanding. This course will
not only enhance your own understanding of archaeology, but provide
you with a comprehensive set of lessons that you can use in your own
classroom.
