    • Borusan Mobile Project Lessons Learned – 1  The prepaced mobile applications features are not well documented.  Get detailed product description and feature list from SAP  Customer wants the mobile application to do everything they need.  Analyze the customer needs and match with the mobile application features.  Learn the products current version and future versions.  Manage the expectations  Put a functional consultant in project  So you’ll know the customer business and manage it.© 2010 SAP AG.     • Borusan Mobile Project Lessons Learned – 2  SAP Mobile Applications works on standart systems and customizings, but customers are not.  Check the mobile application very very carefully to minimize the suprises  Be carefull about Relay Server (RS).  There are 3 different RS installation documentation and files. Use the SUP version (NOT the Afaria Version)  Without License, Sybase Team gives limited support.  Work closely with local SAP Team to get support or let the customer to but it   No one (even local SAP Team) knows everything  Applications, platform and consulting new in this area.
