我々は触地図作成の全工程を視覚障害者自身が遂行できるシステムの研究・開発を行っている．これまでに，触地図の自動生成，ランドマークの挿入などの機能を実装してきた．また，それに並行して実験や体験会などのイベントを開催して触地図をより使いやすい物にするための情報を集めている．今年度は触地図をルートマップとして利用する際に有効な触地図の簡略化手法を提案する．
