Maria Erb presents a vision for using WordPress to deliver higher education online in a more affordable and user-friendly way compared to current online learning platforms. She argues that by keeping online learning in-house and utilizing WordPress, a faculty and creative team could design a superior user interface that leverages WordPress's affordability and ease of use. Erb believes this approach could disrupt the current landscape of expensive and limited online education options from companies like Udacity that predict only 10 institutions will survive in 50 years.
