3. MX200 MacroFlow
Duplex Pump Set The MX200 Duplex Pump Set is
designed for reliable high volume
fuel transfer in emergency power
systems at critical facilities. Its
innovative compact design has a
minimal footprint while delivering
30 to 300 GPM (120 to 1200 LPM)
of fuel to serve emergency
generators and boilers.
The units are available to accept
either single or dual power
sources.
The MX200 is packaged within our
CE100 Critical System Enclosure for
locations outside buildings. The
CE100 is a welded steel assembly
with fuel containment and leak
detection. It includes lighting, heat
and ventilation as required.

4. MX300 MacroFlow
Filter Polisher Filtration / Polishing has become an
important aspect of emergency
power reliability: critical facilities
store increasing amounts of fuel
onsite to assure continuity of
operation and this fuel has low
turnover in operation.
• as diesel fuel ages, particulates
form which can increase the wear on
generator engine parts
• fuel storage tanks accumulate
water through vapor condensation
and this water can encourage
bacterial growth
• newer diesel engines with
improved emissions technology
require higher purity fuel to prolong
engine life.
The MX300 Filter Polisher is designed for reliable
filtration – polishing of large volume bulk storage tanks.

5. MX400 MacroFlow
Fill Station
The MX400 Tank Fill Stations are designed
for the safe high volume transfer of fuel
from delivery trucks to a single or multiple
fuel tanks.
The MX400 is packaged within our CE100
Critical System Enclosure for locations
outside buildings. The CE100 is a welded
steel assembly with fuel containment and
leak detection. It includes lighting, heat
and ventilation as required.
The mechanical design is based on
centrifugal or positive displacement
pumps and is complete with strainers,
check valves, ball, valves, pressure /
vacuum gauges, relief valves.

6. MX900 MacroFlow
Integrated Solution
MX900 Integrated Solution is designed to
provide a single module for all fuel transfer
and monitoring functions.
The system performs the following
functions, or only a subset of them to suit
the application.
1. Receipt of fuel, filtration and transfer
to storage or generator tanks.
2. Recirculation and filtration / polishing
of stored fuel.
3. Tank balance transfer between
storage units
4. Transfer of fuel from storage tanks to
generator tanks.
