Styles
● Choosing the style of co-teaching is
  important
● There are many styles (goldwriter, 2009)
  ○   Parallel
  ○   Team
  ○   One drift
  ○   Station or center teaching
  ○   Alternative
One drift style
● One teacher teaches
  ○ Becomes viewed as the expert
  ○ One teacher has specialized knowledge
● The other drifts through the room
  ○ Becomes viewed as an assistant
● Should be used infrequently
Conclusion
●   Provides an inclusive environment
●   Allows for additional support
●   Benefit of having more expertise
●   Teachers can focus on fewer students
