Game: Let’s Get Dressed
Language Content: The Body
This is a game which focuses on body parts, and may incorporate use of paper dolls.
Students will be provided with items of clothing e.g. Pants, socks, gloves, hat and jacket and
be instructed to put them on the dolls. This activity will be done in a completive manner,
involving the participation of 2 teams. Each team would be provided separate, but with
similar sets of clothing, and their own model of a doll. Instruction will be the teacher, and
two players, one from each team, race to complete the instruction. They will also race to
label or touch the parts of the doll as they listen to them being said in chunks and
commands by the teacher.
