- We source our contributors by utilizing our Contributor Channel Partner API, which allows us to connect our customers to contributors from organizations all over the world. Currently integrated with over 50 different partners worldwide this expansive network enables our customers to post tasks to a very diverse group of people.
- Some customers, however, have data that contains PII or is sensitive enough to require increased oversight. For these customers data privacy and data security are the number one requirement. As a result, we have partnered with three impact sourcing BPOs to provide our customers this option.
- 1. so they can quickly identify and prioritize the most urgent issues
- iMerit’s crowds are actually carefully curated teams of full-time employees. That means that while they have many advantages typically found when working with a crowd - like speed and scale - the employee relationship we have with them means that we can also quickly pivot, learn, and grow. Once we receive a project from a client or partner like Crowdflower, we monitor the progress of the project and performance of our workers on internal platforms, providing skilling and targeted training to ensure high-quality and professional growth. This continued monitoring - of both project metrics like quality, and worker metrics like areas for improvement - forms the foundation of how we are able to attain over 95% accuracy for our clients, while having only 3% attrition among our workers. Our custom curated crowd together with the machine automation ensures security, quality, speed, and scale.
- Let’s meet one of our workers. This is Barnali. She grew up in a tiny village in Eastern India where there were very few employment opportunities, especially for women. Most of the girls and women in her village did not complete their education, and as such remain in the village to work in the home. With iMerit, Barnali’s story is much different. Barnali continued her education and joined iMerit as a Data Entry Operator. She was quick to move up the ranks in iMerit, first becoming a team lead and now managing one of iMerit’s centers near Kolkata. For most girls in her village, this kind of work was unimaginable. Barnali has shown that not only can girls work in IT, but they can excel. Today, she has encouraged many girls from her village to continue learning and working, and she is able to financially support herself and her family.
