                                     Pets at Home, with 246 pet stores across the UK, evaluated a number
                                     of ways to help them embrace multi-channel as they aimed to grow their
                                     business significantly over a three year period. www.petsathome.com was
                                     an essential component of the resultant multi-channel strategy.
