2. Save Money when You Fly from ATL

ATL Airport Customer Service
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport's Customer Service office is open to
handle passengers' questions, comments and/or concerns. The airport has more than
150 members of our customer service and volunteer staff are conveniently located
throughout the Airport to provide assistance when necessary. Most of the customer
service staff are bilingual and are essential in the Airport's mission to be the world's best
airport by exceeding our customer's expectations.
3. ATL Airport International Parking
Parking at the international terminal is designed to be easy and convenient. Two new
parking facilities will provide more than 3,500 spaces within minutes of the international
terminal.
• International hourly: The hourly lot is just steps from check-in and arrivals and will
contain more than 1,100 parking spaces. The international hourly parking deck will
feature 14 close-in parking spaces for flex fuel vehicles and 14 parking spaces for
vanpools and carpools. From Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Boulevard, follow the signs to
hourly parking.
• Gold Reserve parking: Gold Reserve parking will provide frequent travelers with fast,
convenient, covered and guaranteed Airport parking on the lower level at the
international terminal. Passengers who have spaces in Gold Reserve parking can skip
the line for tickets or search for open parking spaces.
• International Park-Ride: The International Park-Ride facility on Maynard H. Jackson
Jr. Boulevard, located just west of Loop Road, will offer 2,400 parking spaces.
Passengers will take a three-minute ride on a shuttle bus to the International
Terminal's Departures level and pick you up at the Arrival's level upon your return
and the free shuttle is available 24 hours a day.
4. Airport Parking
Parking for passengers with disabilities is available in all Airport parking areas, including
Hourly, Daily, Economy and Park-Ride lots. Upon entering the parking lot please follow
highly visible directional signage, which reflects the standard symbol for disabled
individuals. These signs guide passengers with disabilities to the designated parking
spaces.
Passengers with disabilities are encouraged to use our Airport “Park-Ride” facility, which
offers convenient service to the domestic terminal building.
A free shuttle bus service, which is wheelchair accessible for people who are physically
challenged, will pick up passengers at their vehicle and quickly take them to the curbside
check-in. Also, high-top vans over 8-feet are encouraged to park in our surface "Park-Ride"
lots. Upon returning to Hartsfield-Jackson, “Park-Ride” customers are picked up at the
Ground Transportation Center. “Park-Ride” parking rates are: $1 per hour; $9 per day.
