November - Remembering our Deceased
As we move through November envelopes with the
list are now available at the back and side door of the
Church. Please take one home and fill in the names of
your deceased loved ones and return the list to us via
the Sunday Collection or drop it into the Presbytery.
2. All names will be remembered in Masses and prayers
offered during November. Please enclosed your
donation.
Carraroe Community Centre - Some Classes
A Variety of Classes take place in the Community during
the week. Some are listed below.
Exercise Classes - Carraroe Community Centre
Are you an older adult interested in improving your fitness, flexibility
and general wellbeing in a fun and friendly environment? Classes every
Wednesday at 10:30am. Please come along.
Weight Watchers Classes - for men and women every Thursday
morning 9 to 10am and Thursday evening 7 to 8pm in Carraroe
Community Centre. Leader Ann Keenan 0872362487.
Cards: continue on Tuesday's at 9o'clock in the Community
Centre. All are welcome to come along and take part.
Dance Lessons & Social Dancing - Waltz/
Jive/ Quick Step and more.....
Classes continue on Wednesday's at 8:30pm.
Commencing with dancing lessons followed by social

Holy Hour - Marriage & Family
Guided prayer with Adoration for the family continue on Tuesday at

St Michael’s Family Life Centre
Survive & Thrive After Cancer: This course aims to provide diet and
lifestyle advice based on the latest research. A healthy lifestyle during
and after cancer is associatedwith improved physical and psychological
well-being, enhanced self-esteemand reduced risk of recurrence. Topics
include: Potential Post-treatment Effect; Relaxation techniques;
Nutritional guidelines; Superfoods and Supplements. St. Michael’s
Family Life Centre, Church Hill, Sligo. Saturday 22nd November 10.30-
4.30 Cost €50.
Carraroe & District Regeneration Association - Social Meeting
Would like to invite you to our next get together which will take
place on Sunday 7th December at 10 am and 12 noon in the
Carraroe Community Centre. There is no charge for this event and
complimentary tea and biscuits will be provided. All are welcome.
Adult Education Classes
In Flower Arranging will take place in Mercy College Sligo from
November 18th for 4 weeks at 8pm. Enquiries to 087 675 3772 or e mail

Tuesdays 7.30pm.
Tobernalt Holy Well
The winter elements are very evident at the Holy Well,
which reminds us that here we have an outdoor Church
in need of care and attending throughout the year. The
wall will be rebuilt and replaced at the Holy Well in the coming week.
Work will not interfere with visitors to the Holy Well.
Mercy College
Christmas Fair in Mercy College Gym on Sunday December 7th 12
noon to 6 pm. Admission free.
Healing and Renewal Weekend
3. Takes place in the Hollywood Hotel, Bundoran on 28th -30th November.
Joe Dalton and Fr. John Keane, renowned in the Healing ministry will
