help non-profitorganizations receive funding through Art. In 2013, Brigitte
published her first book titled 'Why is the sky blue?', a scientific book with an
important environmental message. Her book is used for classroomprojects and
sold in Science Museums. Shebelieves in being a good steward for humanity and
for the environment. "We all have a voice and our signatures count. Together we
are creating a new culture. A culture of digital activism and conscious content."
Brigitte serves as a Leadership Member for the Global Symposiumon Child
Permanency & InternationalAdoption. The FirstSymposiumwas held at Harvard
in November 2014.

Kumi Naidoo, the InternationalExecutive Director of Greenpeace, has been a
leader in human rights, social justice, and environmental activismfor over three
decades. Originally fromSouth Africa, he is the firstAfrican to head the
organization. After battling apartheid in South Africain the 1970s and 1980s
through the Helping Hands Youth Organization, Naidoo led global campaigns to
end poverty and protect human rights. He is also recognized internationally as a
forcefuladvocate for gender equity and againstgender violence. Kumi Naidoo
became involved in the South African liberation struggleat the age of 15. He was
deeply involved in neighborhood organization, youth work in his community, the
underground movement, and mass mobilizations againstthe apartheid regime.
Recently, he has led the Global Call for Climate Action, which brings together
environmental, aid, religious and human rights groups, labor unions, scientists
and others and has organized mass Demonstrations around climate negotiations.
