What are cookies?

  computer usually in your browser software (like Chrome,
  Internet Explorer or Firefox).
• They are identifiers that save web servers from having to
  store massive amounts of data every time someone
  visits a website.
• They are needed to make websites perform ( basket of a
  webshop)

• 1st party cookies: Always anonymous
• 3rd party cookies: tracking anonymous while surfing
  multiple websites
• Technical cookies ( java/ flash/ zombie etc. real danger
  towards privacy)
