  • There is no office anymore. People work remotely - home, office, factory, but even more so, airport, hotel, taxi cab.Mobile devices enable us to work from wherever. Instant on - no need to boot device. Switch seamlessly from personal to work and back. These facts enable us to be more productive
  • But more than just mobile devices, we need content where we are doing business – in processes and applications…People have new ways of working. Need to collaborate outside the firewall with partners, customers, suppliers. We no longer create a spec and go off for 6 months and then deliver a new product. The market has changed too much. We need to have customers and suppliers in our design process, and involved as we bring a product to market so we can adjust to changing conditions. Sales people collaborate with customers. Marketing with agencies. Operations and engineers with suppliers. CEOs with board of directors.
  • Because of the cloud, people are used to having any information at hand, at any time, any where, through any app. Corporate IT used to be aboutMicrosoft. And servers. And big contracts. It was full of control, costs, and complexity. The cloud came along and got rid of a lot of the complexity and costs, while keeping the security and control. Companies like NetSuite have proven that the cloud is a better way to run enterprise apps and platforms. But unless organizations provide a way for employees to share and collaborate on this content, people go around existing processes, which exposes the company to risk. When a user puts content in a consumer file sharing tool, and that person leaves the company, the content remains in that account. Out of company control.
  • Box provides a simple user interface that is intuitive and easy to adopt. But it also provides strong enterprise capabilities, such as reporting, security and integration. This combination makes Box unbeatable for the new way that business is done – collaboratively.
  • Not just collateral – sharing and collaboration.
  • Not just collateral – sharing and collaboration.
  • Not just collateral – sharing and collaboration.
  • Enterprise account – content remains under enterprise controlIntegrated with your security
  • EVERY DEPARTMENTBox can also be used by everyone in the company – even folks who do not useNetSuite.
  • EVERY APPDelivering your content where you need it. The box platform is integrated with more than 230 apps, like Salesforce, Netsuite, Jive, Yammer and many more. Box is a universal content layer which allows you to use any app you want, cloud or on-premise, to get to your content.
  • EVERY DEVICEWe’ve been recognized as leaders in the mobile collaboration space by Forrester Research. This graph shows how we compare to some other companies like Salesforce, Yammer, Dropbox and Citrix who also offer mobile collaboration technologies. As you can see, our current offering and strategy show how leading edge Box is.Also a leader in cloud collaboration waveT: Forrester is not the only one who is singing our praises.....
  • Attests to the fact that it is easy to adopt and intuitive for users, yet secure and robust for businesses
