• This is one of the most draining and
exhausting aspects of parenting
• Youʼve got to set the boundary
• By setting the boundary you tell them who is
in charge

• You make the rules
• You set the boundaries

• The second you set the boundary they are
going to challenge it
• When they challenge the boundary, you
must enforce it
• If children have no boundary, they have no
security

• If you let them move the boundary, they will
• Teaching children how to obey God
• The fence has to be clearly defined

• You have to decide what the consequences
will be when your children are young
• If you are married, the decision must be
made together
• It has to be done in a loving way that your
kids understand
