• "Practically showing" to teachers that we
really do care about their working conditions
• In October LIZDA is encouraging leaders of the
education administration to "shadow" teachers
for several hours to get a better understanding
of their daily realities
• 2011 / 2012 / 2013 / 2014 together in LIZDA
action took part: 816 deputies, who became
"shadows" for 4161 teachers in
793 educational institutions all over Latvia
LIZDA contest & status "Teachers friendly school"
• 30 criteria for evaluation of the work environment
• LIZDA recognized status was granted to
18 educational institutions – employers
• In the contest participated 26 educational
institutions in 2014 and 29 institutions in 2013
LIZDA cultural activities for members in leisure time

  • 11. • "Practically showing" to teachers that we really do care about their working conditions • In October LIZDA is encouraging leaders of the education administration to "shadow" teachers for several hours to get a better understanding of their daily realities • 2011 / 2012 / 2013 / 2014 together in LIZDA action took part: 816 deputies, who became "shadows" for 4161 teachers in 793 educational institutions all over Latvia
