This document provides descriptions of various feelings and personality traits for the reader to consider which may be most suitable for them. Traits like selfish, brave, proud, kind, tolerant, empathetic, competitive, confident, strong, vulnerable, angry, introverted, and extroverted are described through short phrases about behaviors, thoughts, and preferences associated with each trait. The reader is prompted to reflect on which feelings and traits they identify with or do not identify with based on the descriptions.
