Health affects us into three different perspectives:
Physical health Mental health Social health
Physical health
When our body works well and we don’t have pain
doing activities.
Mental health
When we feel happy and we can control our
emotions.
Social health
When we have good relationships with the
members of our family and friends.
TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY
1. Have a balanced and healthy diet.
2. Eat at least five times a day.
3. Drink a lot of water.
4. Sleep well, rest and relax.
5.Exercise regularly.
6.Warm up and stretch before and
after you exercise.
7. Protect yourself when you exercise.
8. Have good posture all the time.
9. Go out with friends.
10. Tell your parents or teachers when
you have a problem.
