- Good Morning! Today’s purpose is to unravel the puzzle of why you should be incorporating Social Media into your business plan. If you can have a conversation in real life? Then you can have one online! I am an agent just like you!!! I’ve been in the business 16 years & about 70% of my leads are generated using Social Media! When I got in the business I had no idea how to prospect…How many in this room, send out mailers? Wonderful? How long before you saw a ROI? How many have knocked on doors? What was your average success rate? This is prospecting just using a different venue. Today I am going to focus on baby steps….Facebook, Twitter and a tad bit about Blogging!!
