Subtopic 1:
Video games then and now
Over the years as technology advances so does the quality of video games
As they become better in quality they become more realistic and interactive which causes them to be more
addictive
Franchises like Grand Theft Auto that have been around for the past decade keep up with their growing
audience by making their games more life-like, for example the main character in the game can change its
appearance in a variety of different ways, have girlfriend and buy houses in different houses in the game
The life-likeness in the video games affect society as gamers feel they can relate to the content in the games
they become addicted and easily influenced by these games
