What have you learnt about technologies
from the process of constructing this

2. Research, Planning and Creating
• I used many sites on the internet for my
blogging, research and for utilities for
uploading
• I used YouTube for uploading my videos like
the preliminary task, bloopers and target
audience interviews and then to embed them
to the blog site

3. Research, Planning and Creating
• I used the site blogger to create a profile of
what our group and I was doing throughout
planning, filming and editing of out film
production
• This was a very useful site to keep all the work
that had been done through the project and
to help keep a up to date record of what had
happened in the creating of the film product

• Slideshare was a useful website to upload any
presentations to my blog
• All that was needed was the complete
presentation and then upload it to the
website and then to get the embedded code
on the blog website blogger

5. Filming Camera
• Our camera that was used to film our groups
film opening was a Panasonic NV-G5500
• This camera gave us everything of what we
needed to film in our production
• We first used it in our preliminary task where
it was used to do our first film and edit project

• The camera was very straight forward and
easy to use throughout the film production
and could easily be moved around, held or
mounted to a tripod when filming
• In our film opening production one of the
group Bex was the main cameraman as the
rest of the group either did sound
or acted

7. Rode Microphones
• We used Rode microphones for our sound in
the production
• These worked very nicely as we had a boom
pole for the hard times where the microphone
would get in the way otherwise if it wasn’t
there at all
• This gave us the chance to get the best sound
for our film opening

8. Sony Vegas
• Song Vegas pro was used in our group to edit
the film opening production
• This had a lot of editing tools and effects that
gave us a lot of area for improvement over the
original piece filmed
• Not only to cut and edit the shots together
but our group used

9. Sony Vegas
• Not only to cut and edit the shots together
but our group used the program to put in
enhance filters, colour and lighting
filters, blending shots, speeding up or slowing
down shots and reversing shots both ways to
create more of a sense of direction in the film
opening

10. Sony Vegas
• The most experienced in our group in using
Song Vegas was Kain where he did the
majority of the editing and the rest of the
group would say what was needed in the
process of editing, improvements and ideas
