Dear Sirs,
Re: DIRECT REFINERY PURCHASE OF AU DUST, NUGGETS & DORE BARS
FROM AFRICAN MINES / COOPERATIVES
We offer a DIRECT METALS ACCOUNT opened in the Sellers name with one of two recognised
Refineries. The Refinery itself is the Buyer and will offer a Refinery Payment Guarantee or
Irrevocable Non Transferable Letter of Credit drawn on a major World Bank as Payment
Guarantee. For ANY Refinery to offer a Payment Guarantee is EXTREMELY unusual and is
offered "in tandem" with a special facility we have recently set up for a leading Charity working to
provide Clean Drinking Water in several African Countries.
You will be aware that it is EXTREMELY difficult, bordering on impossible, for ANY small to
medium scale Mine / Miner / Cooperative in Africa to obtain their own Metals Account with a
Refinery. This is a genuine opportunity to obtain such an account resulting from the involvement
of the Charity concerned. Full details of the Refinery will be available ONLY when the Account
application has been accepted in principle.
ADVANTAGES FOR YOU - THE SELLER :
* A better sale price for your metal ( please see example below).
* A "Buyer for Life". Once your Metals Account is approved /opened the Refinery will then
purchase anything and everything offered in the future subject to contract. The account is yours to
use in the future.
* Greater Efficiency. With the Refinery able to purchase anything offered you can concentrate
on your Mining production as opposed to having to constantly negotiate with new Buyers who may
or may not be genuine.
* Absolute Certainty. With a Refinery Buyer Sellers KNOW that all transactions will be
completed quickly and efficiently.
* All Contracts to Purchase are issued DIRECT from the Refinery.
* Likely "Terms" offered will be L.B.M.A. ( London Bullion Market Association ) closing price
(PM) less 9 / 9.5% plus any onward commissions to Introducers. Of this 9 / 9.5% the Refinery will
be taking 6 /6.5% for their willingness to issue a Guarantee. There will be a "Royalty" paid to the
Charity to further their work plus our fees are covered all within the original 9 / 9.5%. All smelt
and assay charges plus Importation charges / costs are also included. "Onward commissions"
apply only to any Introducers involved in the introduction.

obtained from the L.B.M.A. website. ( www.lbma.org.uk).
WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF YOU AS THE SELLER:
* Delivery to the Refinery. ( No Refinery will travel to meet Sellers, wishes to inspect their
Mining sites or will pre fund their freight or export charges). Refinery locations are available in
mainland Europe and the Middle East.

2. * You are welcome to accompany any consignment and a confirmation will be provided to assist
Sellers with any Visa Requirement.Suggestions can be provided for local accommodation etc.The
Refinery will NOT meet the cost of this or travelling expenses.
* If you are unable or unwilling to provide proof of past deliveries/ performance then you will be
invited to deliver two small trial consignments (minimum 5 KG) to the Refinery to establish ability
to supply. No Payment Guarantee will be offered on these consignments and you will be paid at the
Refinery upon completion of smelt and assay. Upon successful completion of the two trials then
the Refinery will offer either Refinery Payment Guarantee or Letter of Credit as above on all future
consignments that you may make.
* In connection with the setting up of your Metals Account you will be asked to provide
information and copy documents including
* Passport.
* Proof of address.
* Certification of any Corporate Entity.
* Mining or Trading Permit / Licence from the National Issuing Authority.
* Proof of past Performance. If this is not available you will be invited to provide two small trial
consignments as above.
* Proof of the existence of a Bank Account (where appropriate). This is NOT a Bank reference
merely a confirmation from your Bank that an account exists and that you are known as a
Customer.
EXAMPLE FIGURES:
The closing (afternoon / pm) price of AU at the L.B.M.A. on Friday 30 th March 2012 was USD $
1662.50 per fine/ troy ounce. Multiply by 32.15 to get an approx price per refined kilo = USD $
53,449 .00.
Deduct 9.5% ( USD $ 5077 .00) = net USD $ 48,372 .00. From this figure needs to be deducted
Export charges ( normally 5% -7% on declared value depending upon Country of origin), freight
costs and any onward commission. The L.B.M.A. figure can go up or down. Please adjust as
necessary as per latest price.
TO PROCEED:
Please notify us and we shall gather information and copy documents from you to prepare a Report
for the Refinery. This process normally takes two to three weeks from the day of supply of
information / copy documents. The Refinery has the right to double check our Due Diligence
information but both have undertaken to do so with minimum delay. Please be aware that we ARE
able to accept applications from DRC (CONGO) subject to additional Due Diligence. BOTH
Refineries are commited to assisting in the establishment of a Metals Account wherever and
whenever possible. We have considerable experience with these applications and are here to
facilitate the process on your behalf.
Upon "approval in principle" of the Metals Account application we shall notify you immediately
and complete all necessary arrangements with minimum delay.
Note for Introducers : Upon the approval of a metals account all Introducers are entitled to receive

3. commission on anything passing throught that account for a minimum period of five years.
