BG/SBLC NON-RECOURSE TRANSACTION PROCEDURES
❑ Based on Client request, Temic Energy Limited will instruct its
bank, USCPB to allocate & transfer funds to secure the issuance of
a Cash-backed 1 Year 1 Day BG/SBLC of 1500M€ (Inc. X%+1%), to
be Monetized for Corporate Project Financing of Client’s Project
❑ Client will register with us and upload all relevant KYC and
project/s documentation (see page 3 & 4) and will be responsible
for the arrangement & 3rd party service charges (see breakdown
on page 2, and NOTES at bottom of page 2).
❑ The Issuer Bank will send RWA & communicate with
Monetization Bank, via SWIFT MT799, then upon confirmation of
acceptance and verbiage, it will send the BG/SBLC via SWIFT
MT760 to the Monetization Bank
❑ After receiving the SWIFT MT760, Monetization Bank will deposit
the fund (Loan) into each party’s account in the Monetizing Bank.
❑ Hard Copy of BG/SBLC, will thereafter be sent to Monetization
Bank
❑ To manage risk of default, USCPB will trade with its 1000M€, within
the Monetization Bank and settle the loan on behalf of Client
❑ TEMIC will hold the % of the SPV Project/s, on behalf of USCPB.
The exit plan will be finalized between Client and TEMIC.
❑ The SPV Power Project receives Non-Recourse Project Finance
of 500M€, and further tranches can be arranged from this.
