Watch) is again received non- working and has the same issue that the battery is not picking charge inspite of
long charging . We are using the charger of Sony Ericsson only .
It is now confirmed that the whole lot your vendor has, and is marketing through you, is defective and not
validated.
I therefore request to please arrange pick up of the item and give me refund of the cost paid as per your

My son had been interested in a Smart Watch from Sony and had placed order for it with ref no 8604490.
The product delivered was not working due to battery issue and he agreed to take replacement which again was
received to be defective .
Now my son is pursuing the refund. However your company has so far not arranged collection of the
product although more than 15 days have passed.
It is likely that your company will refuse refund on the pretext of time bar for no fault of ours.
Please arrange immediate collection of the product and give refund lest we approach your higher officials and
post our bad experience with you in websites like www.mouthshut.com etc.
A copy of email to the Courier Company may be sent to us.
