Sue,
As the financial year draws to a close and we embark on the next fiscal year, I felt it was
important to address our current computer systems.
Current computer systems for the sales staff on the east coast are approximately 5 years
old and represent a disadvantage to our productivity at large. With a sales increase target of 20%
in the next quarter, these new systems would provide the tools and support we are in need of to
stay ahead of the competition.
The team comprised of HR, Information Technology and Legal have all voiced their
concerns and we feel that expending capital improvement budget on improved computer systems
is at the top of our needs. This improvement will accomplish the following tasks:
