Vulnerability is the degree to which a system will
respond to a given change in climate,including
beneficial & harmful effects.It is also a function of the
character,magnitude,and rate of climate change &
variation to which a system is exposed its sensitivity
and adaptive capacity.
According to IPCC,the extent to which climate change
may damage or harm a system
It has 2 elements.
a)the severity of the impact of the shock
b)a person's resilience to a given shock
[resilience is the indicator of adaptive capacity]

survival
Even small scale increase in temperature will
prompt food prices as its impact is remarkable
in agriculture
