HOW TO WIN NEGOTIATION ON PROCUREMENT
AND STRATEGIES CONTRACT DRAFTING
ISO 31000-2009 IN TODAY’S BUSINESS’S INSIGHT
Background
Kekalahan dalam melakukan negosiasi pada rencana pengadaan dan pembelian barang/jasa untuk
memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan (organisasi) dan penyusunan kontrak, menyebabkan tingginya biaya
operasional dan/atau investasi bagi perusahaan sehingga mengurangi atau membebani pendapatan
(revenue), dan pada akhirnya akan memperkecil keuntungan yang diperoleh dari bisnis yang dijalankan.
Kelemahan untuk melakukan negosiasi dan ketidakmampuan pada saat menyusun kontrak, mengakibatkan
perusahaan sebagai pembeli tidak dapat melakukan control terhadap harga dan kualitas barang/jasa yang
dibeli dari penjual yang berakibat barang/jasa yang diproduksi oleh perusahaan tidak dapat bersaing pada
pasar global.
Overview
Program “How to win for procurement and strategies contract drafting” merupakan program untuk
memberikan ketrampilan yang unggul pada saat melakukan negosiasi atas harga barang/jasa yang
ditawarkan oleh vendor kepada perusahaan, termasuk menyusun kontrak sebagai pengikat atas hak dan
kewajiban pembeli dan penjual sesuai dengan Standard Service Level Agreement yang menjadi panduan
bagi perusahaan dalam mendukung keberhasilan bisnis pada saat bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis.
Program ini diselenggarakan melalui transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman melalui
kegiatan tutor, diskusi, umpan balik, studi kasus dan simulasi sehingga peserta memiliki wawasan yang luas
dan pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang teknik melakukan negosiasi, dan menguasai standard service level
agreement yang dituangkan di dalam contract drafting.
Understanding
Program ini adalah bertujuan untuk menguasai kualitas dan harga atas suatu produk barang/jasa yang
ditawarkan oleh vendor dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan namun dapat mendukung
pertumbuhan bisnis yang kompetitive, sehingga perusahaan dapat memenangkan persaingan pada era
globalisasi.
Di dalam program, peserta akan diperkenalkan dengan berbagai strategi untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja
vendor, produk standardization berdasarkan ketentuan local dan/atau internasional, teknik menentukan
harga, system delivery, mengetahui dan menguasai channel distribusi sampai dengan penyusunan kontrak
yang akan diimplementasikan.
Objective
1. Mendapatkan harga dan kualitas yang terbaik pada produk barang/jasa yang dibutuhkan oleh
perusahaan, dalam mendukung tujuan strategis perusahaan di dalam persaingan global.
2. Menetapkan standard vendor performance yang tinggi, untuk dapat memberikan jaminan pertumbuhan
perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.
3. Mengelola dan menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan vendor yang dapat memberikan dukungan pada
keberhasilan tujuan strategis perusahaan yang ditetapkan.
4. Mengenal dan menguasai beberapa kunci penting pada ISO 31000-2009, sebagai keberhasilan pada
standardisasi ISO 31000-2009, dan juga dapat menjamin pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan

6. Evaluasi dan measurement, selama 0.5 jam

Overview Program “How to win for procurement and strategies contract drafting” merupakan program untuk memberikan ketrampilan yang unggul pada saat melakukan negosiasi atas harga barang/jasa yang ditawarkan oleh vendor kepada perusahaan, termasuk menyusun kontrak sebagai pengikat atas hak dan kewajiban pembeli dan penjual sesuai dengan Standard Service Level Agreement yang menjadi panduan bagi perusahaan dalam mendukung keberhasilan bisnis pada saat bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis.
