TRAINER
RIDHWAN
YUSOFF
Ridhwan Yusoff’s diverse background and versatility in training both
youth and adult audiences enables him to tap on a plethora of
experiences in sharing, connecting and engaging with people.
Known for his creative training methodologies, he injects a catalytic
blend of positive energy and resonant experiences throughout his
trainings. Passionate about making a difference, Ridhwan believes in
the power of experiences in inspiring transformations. He envisions
training & development as a platform for every person to discover the
limits of their potential — and exceed them.
Ridhwan’s niche lies in leadership development and team dynamics,
where he dedicates himself to moulding vibrant leaders who believe
they can make the world a better place through their active
contribution. His philosophy in leadership centres on credibility and
trust; he gets teams to create and relate to shared meaningful
experiences. His mantra is that the greatest training programmes
build a safe and conducive learning environment that empowers
participants to authentically discover new learning every time.
As a trainer and facilitator, he infuses his trainings with sincerity,
dynamism and humour, spurring learners to go the distance in
realising their truest best selves. Besides being an adept facilitator of
various behavioural profiling tools, Ridhwan is also a trained career
consultant, helping employees and employers to match jobs with
appropriate talents, skills and interests.
In his eight years of training experience, Ridhwan has been a key
curriculum developer for AKLTG. Amongst the many life-changing
programmes he has written are: Team Up!: Stronger Together, 39
Minutes to Win It, The NoMADic Race and Tetra-Teams. The
amazing experiences sparked by his programmes have impacted
over 110,000 youths and adults across countries that include
Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.
The
magic
of
believing
in
others
is
all
about
believing
there
is
magic
in
others.
I
believe
we
do
not
need
to
be
great
to
start,
but
to
be
great,
one
has
to
start.
And
that
is
my
mission
—
to
start
creating
impactful
and
meaningful
experiences
for
others
that
not
only
transform
their
lives
but
introduce
them
to
their
truest
best
selves.
