affecting the optic nerve of the corresponding eye

9. Left homonymous hemianopia secondary to a lesion in the right
optic tract

11. Left homonymous superior quadrantanopia secondary to a right sided
temporal radiation lesion

13. Left homonymous inferior quadrantanopia secondary to a right sided parietal
radiation lesion

15. Left Homonymous Hemianopia with Macular Sparing Secondary to
Right Sided Occipital Lobe Lesion
