2. Leadership Development InitiativesIn addition to our training programs, we also offer different Leadership Development Initiatives. These initiatives were developed by ESPer Management Consulting and International Leadership Consulting.Leadership Development Programs (LDPs)Leadership Training Series ProgramsThe LDPs use a combination of psychometric assessments,, classroom training, coaching and mentoring. Each program is tailored for a specific management level and offers a unique blend of leadership skills development and exposure to the knowledge that every public sector leader should have.The LDPs are intense and held over a one-year period to give learners a chance to gain insight into their leadership capabilities, styles and strengths and to address any developmental gaps.
