These initiatives were developed by ESPer Management Consulting and International Leadership Consulting.Leadership Development Programs (LDPs)Leadership Training Series ProgramsThe LDPs use a combination of psychometric assessments,, classroom training, coaching and mentoring. Each program is tailored for a specific management level and offers a unique blend of leadership skills development and exposure to the knowledge that every public sector leader should have.The LDPs are intense and held over a one-year period to give learners a chance to gain insight into their leadership capabilities, styles and strengths and to address any developmental gaps.
