Education for Work (INEW).
The agenda included activities especially designed to suit the
needs of the Director of one of SENAC Bahía branches, who
visited several vocational training institutions in the fashion and
beauty industry, as well as beauty centers. The Brazilian makeup
and hairstyling instructors also worked together with the Argen-

meals. In addition, a closing exhibition was held on the last day, where students and teachers showed the techniques they
learnt.
An exhibition was held of the nouvelle cuisine course

INEW, the National Institute of Technology Education (Instituto Nacional
de Educación Tecnológica, INET) and the Argentine Federation of Hotel

bring Manuel Ausejo, an expert in nouvelle cuisine, to the National
College of Technical Professional Education (Colegio Nacional de
Educación Profesional Técnica, CONALEP) to deliver training courses to
Mexican instructors of cuisine. The course will be delivered in the last
week of August, but an open class was organized for students and
instructors of cuisine from CFP No. 28 and other professional training
institutions of the City of Buenos Aires so as to make a brief exhibition of
the recipes that will be taught by the chef.
