 Challenges
– RIA und PM introduced need to formulate goals and indicators
throughout central government and measure impacts
– Lack of knowledge in public administration about indicator
construction, availability, validity, reliability, timeliness of data…
 Solutions
– Introducing proportionality for RIA and reducing the need to „invent“
indicators for minor amendments
– „School of Data Public Service“ workshop series
– Support and Quality Assurance by FPMO
